1. 指示器(Indicator/Output Shaft)
A position indicator with Namur mounting is the standard on all
NUTORK NS series pneumatic actuators for ancillary accessories.

2. 活塞杆及轴承(Piston Rods and Rod Bearings)
Steel alloy piston rod with hard chrome plated, The steel alloy rod
bearings with PTFE coated, provide low friction and extend the
operation life.
合金钢活塞杆表面镀硬铬处理,合金钢内衬PTFE轴承,保证低的磨擦
系数及提高使用寿命.
3. 销轴(Yoke Pin)
Steel Alloy with hardened treatment and hard chrome plated which
provide excellent anti-abrasion and transfer the torque to scotch yoke.
表面镀硬铬增加耐磨性将活塞杆的力矩平稳传给拨叉.
4. 隔板(Partition Plate)
To divide body from piston housing and reduce the air
consumption also keep from objects.
将箱体与气缸活塞分隔以减少空气消耗量,防止异物进入气缸.
同时为活塞导向保证动作平稳.
5. 活塞缸体(Cylinder)
Cast Steel with RPTFE coated which provides high stability with the minimum friction and long life.
铸钢内表面喷涂RPTFE增加气缸自润性,减少摩擦以提高使用寿命及运行的平稳性.
6. 限位螺栓(Bi-directional Travel Adjustment)
0°and 90°with standard adjustment ±5°(0°及90°±5°标准调整范围).
7. 箱体(Dual Valve Mounting Interface Actuator Body)
The unique one-piece housing assures accurate alignment of both the torque shaft and the piston rod. Allows the flexibility
to change the actuator fail mode, without disassembly and simply inverting the actuator. They may be installed in any position;
parallel or at right angles to flow line, in the vertical or the horizontal plane.
一体化及防冲击结构设计并装配固定输出轴及活塞杆.并且无需分解拆卸既可轻易的变换气缸的转动方向,可安装于任何位置.
8. 拨叉(Scotch Yoke)
The slot in the scotch yoke mechanism is precision machined. The yoke pin is induction hardened and chrome plated. It is
supported at the top and bottom by a guide slot in the housing and the yoke pin rollers are hardened steel.
拨叉上的插槽经精密机加工,合金钢销轴经硬化及镀硬铬处理并上下两端固定于拨叉上的插槽.
9. 抗腐蚀涂装(Corrosion Resistant Painting)
NUTORK NS series pneumatic actuator incorporate 3 stages of external corrosion resistant painting( Primer paint: Anti-rust
painting and two parts of epoxy coating) to resist severe environment in the industries of chemical, petroleum and power plant.
NUTORK NS系列拨叉式气动执行器共有三层涂装(底层防锈底漆,两层环氧树脂防蚀涂装),以提供不同恶劣的使用环境.
10. 使用工作温度范围(Temperature Range)
The standard temperature range(NBR seal) is -20℃ to +80℃(-30F to +144F ), The options are available for low temperature
(Silicone seal)-45℃ to +80℃(-81F to +144F ) and high temperature(Viton seal) -20℃ to +177℃(-30F to +319F )

11. 扭矩范围(Torque Range)
The actuator range of NS type pneumatic actuator consists of 10 models, with torques from 999Nm(8,842in.lbs) to 127,710Nm
(1,130,361in.lbs) at 5 bar(70psig) air supply.
NS系列拨叉式气缸共有10个型号,扭矩范围从999Nm(8,842in.lbs)到127,710Nm(1,130,361in.lbs)于5bar气源压力.
12. ISO或MSS安装标准(ISO or MSS Mounting)
NS series pneumatic actuators have valve mounting pads in accordance with MSS SP-101 or ISO5211 standard.

13. 手动装置(选配)Manual Override(Optional)
Depend on customer requirements and actuator size. Jackscrew or hydraulic manual overrides can be supplied.
